LRCC Montréal

Life Renewal Charismatic Church (LRCC Ministries) was founded by Pastor Kofi Ofori Yeboah in the West African country of Ghana in 1999 under the name of "Revelation Released Bible Ministry." The church is formed under the Pentecostal denomination and doctrines. The church was inaugurated in the year 2004, and the name was changed to "Life Renewal Charismatic Church", also known in short as "LRCC."

The Montreal (Quebec, Canada) branch of LRCC was initiated in January 2008, then to be incorporated in September 2009. LRCC Montreal is the official "Mother-Church" of LRCC Ministries. The church began in 2008 with 3 devoted members and gradually grew to 12 devoted members by September 2009. LRCC Montreal started as a prayer group in one of the member's home.

As the church moved forward in faith, the membership increased, and God opened the way for the church to sublease in a local Nazarene church. Our members have been so dedicated, even arranging their schedules to attend services on odd days and at odd hours to accommodate our rental agreement. From the year 2009 to 2011, the church went through many transitions, having rented in two different commercial buildings and finally to return to sublease for the second time in the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Verdun, Montreal. After a long period of hoping and praying, LRCC Montreal finally received its Charitable Status in March 2011, which is a tremendous breakthrough and door of opportunity for the ministry.

Though there have been valleys to go through and mountains to climb, the Lord has given us the strength to overcome and push forward; and we could not have made it this far without the support of those in the community and the faithful members. We believe and know that this church is growing to acquire its own facility and become a mega multi-nation church.
